Sabina and Alexander, the surveyor and entrepreneur, like meeting people. At Baumann Living in Rodengo in the alpine region Gitschberg Jochtal they have created the ideal place for it. Modern and yet connected with nature and tradition, the owners have rebuilt their own home with two holiday apartments. Their passion is omnipresent: the name Baumann Living is derived from the original name of the farm, Widumbaumann. Wooden elements from the former barn and residential building were reclaimed in the in-house carpentry shop and now set special accents in the house, while the stones from the farm buildings of the old farm can be found in the granite stone wall that frames the residential complex. Sabina and Alexander live and cultivate their passion here together with their children Julia and Philipp and are happy if you share their passion with them. W-LAN can be used free of charge throughout the house. There is a garage parking space available for your car, where you can also safely store your sports equipment and hiking gear during your mountain holidays. If you wish, you may even send your car on a holiday, because the bus stop in front of the front door allows you to get around comfortably and by public transport. Furthermore, when you arrive at your holiday apartment in Baumann Living, you will receive the Almencard Plus for the holiday region Gitschberg Jochtal, with which you can use all public transport free of charge. Arrival and departure
Arrival: We expect you to come from 3 p.m. Of course you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment is only ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. In the event of a delay, we look forward to hearing from you.
Departure: On the day of departure, the apartment should be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest. Other times on request.
Payment terms
Deposit: We are happy to receive written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit of 20% of the total price has been paid.
Please indicate your name as the reason for the transfer.

Payment: We prefer to pay your stay price in cash on site. The cash limit in Italy is currently 4,999.99 €. We also accept the following methods of payment: Bank transfer in advance, non-transferrable cheque.

The booking becomes binding upon a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB:
The reservation can be canceled up to 8 weeks before the day of arrival at the latest without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
In the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
In case of no-show of the guest or early departure of the guest, the full amount of the fee is due for the entire booking period.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.

Cancellation Protection
We are looking forward to your coming.
